This is my favorite free resource for looking up drugs on my iPad. Quick and easy. The explanations of mechanism are also straightforward and easily accessed. Good for use while on a shift and also for reference when studying.

For PONV have you tried prochlorperazine or haloperidol?

Have a look at the British National Formulary www.bnf.org. It lists by symptom.

Does anyone know of a drug info resource that looks up drugs by complaint??? I have a patient on the trauma service right now who won't stop vomiting - tried zofran, reglan, ativan, scopolamine patch. It would be pretty cool to have an app that you would type in nausea, and it returned med options.
